Advice for starting CrossFit?
so i took the plunge and have bought a membership at a crossfit gym. basically i got tired of doing the same workout thousands of times, so i hear crossfit is a good way to shake things up
does anybody has any advice? anything i should keep in mind?
best advice i have is to do sum workouts b4 u start crossfit to prepare urself... ur in for a real asskickin... if u dont train b4hand, u might b pukin by the end of ur workout...
also buy some workout mixes and protein supplements, cuz u need to work it every day, and u will be crazy sore and tired at the beginning...by having lots of protein ull be less sore...good luck man
Also you'll be expected to stay on top of your workout after your training sessions with the crossfit workout of the day. It makes your classes twice a week that much more achievable.
Thanks guys... I started on Saturday- damn was it tough at the beginning, and its supposed to stay tough for a while... fingers scrossed for me
