IDS BCAA - 240ea
Proteins are essentially chain of amino acids held together by peptide bonds; athletes, bodybuilders and other similarly active persons know that they are crucial not only to their health, but also to their professional performance, as they are the very building blocks of skeletal muscle cells! Branched Chain Amino Acids, or BCAAs, have an even greater role, as they not only build muscles, but also contribute to muscular energy supply, and can even trigger growth! IDS, a leader in performance nutrition, is proud to offer its BCAA tablets as a way for these individuals to get the Branched Chain Amino Acids their bodies need without resorting to unhealthy or unbalanced diets.
How does IDS BCAA work?
Each serving (4 tablets) of IDS’ BCAA tablets contains 1,500 mg of L-Leucine (BCAA), 975 mg of L-Isoleucine (BCAA) and 1,350 mg of L-Valine (BCAA). Also included are 100 mg of Vitamin C, a potent antioxidant designed to support your immune system, and 10 mg of Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6, part of the B-Complex of Vitamins, is essential to proper amino acid metabolism. Also included are 150 mg of L-Tyrosine. Branched Chain Amino Acids are crucial to trigger anabolic growth, through the activation of the mTOR signalling pathways, and can also be used as cellular energy if required, making them highly versatile and useful amino acids.
Benefits of IDS’ BCAA:
- Ideal to trigger powerful anabolic growth
- Helps prevent protein catabolism
- Contains Vitamin B6 to support amino acid metabolism
