|Directions||Add 2 scoops of Pre-Load Creatine Complex to a glass, shaker, or blender filled with 8-12 oz of cold water. Mix thoroughly for 15-20 seconds or until contents are well dispersed. Notes: If using 1 scoop, reduce the amount of cold water used by one half.
